Project Showcase: How We Built a Professional Kajabi Website for Ready Set Grow

A brand-new Kajabi website that gives an experienced entrepreneur a professional home — and a clear path for her clients to say yes.

Joanne came to Tiel Virtual Solutions at the very beginning of something big. She had over 20 years of experience working closely with business owners — as a CPA, as an advisor, as someone who understands the financial, business, and personal sides of building something that lasts. Now she was ready to take that expertise online with Ready Set Grow, a coaching and mentorship program for first-time entrepreneurs.

Starting from Scratch — and Doing It Right

Joanne’s initial inquiry said it all. She needed everything: a domain, a platform, a website, lead magnet pages, email automations, a blog, and a way to connect it all to her growing audience. She wasn’t looking for a quick fix — she wanted it done properly, from the ground up.

That’s exactly what we did.

The foundation of this project was a full Kajabi account setup — getting her domain connected, her account configured, and Google Analytics integrated so she’d have clear visibility into how her site was performing from day one. From there, every piece of the build had a purpose.

We started with the Kajabi Prosper template and customised it entirely with Ready Set Grow’s brand — her colours, her fonts, her voice, her vision. What emerged was a site that feels warm, professional, and completely her own.

The home page does the heavy lifting. It opens with a clear headline that speaks directly to first-time entrepreneurs, moves through problem and solution framing, gives visitors an overview of the Ready Set Grow program, and includes multiple conversion points throughout — so wherever a visitor is in their decision-making, there’s a natural next step waiting for them.

About Page

Joanne’s story is one of her greatest assets. Two decades of working alongside business owners gives her a perspective that most coaches simply don’t have. The About page brings that story to life — her background, her philosophy, and the heart behind Ready Set Grow — in a way that builds the personal connection that turns curious visitors into committed clients.

Program Page

This is where visitors decide. The Program page walks through the Ready Set Grow offering in clear, benefit-led detail — what’s included, who it’s for, and what a client can expect to walk away with. A pre-purchase CTA gives ready visitors a direct path forward.

Blog

A blog is one of the most powerful long-term tools in an online business — and Joanne arrived knowing she wanted to use hers well. We set it up and styled it to match the rest of the site, so it’s ready to support her content marketing from the moment she starts publishing.

Contact Page

Simple, welcoming, and on-brand. The contact page includes a clean inquiry form, giving visitors an easy way to reach out. Because sometimes a visitor just needs to know there’s a real person on the other side.

Navigation, Footer, and Default Pages

The details matter. Clean, intuitive navigation connects every page in a way that feels effortless. The footer ties everything together. And behind the scenes, we customised Kajabi’s default pages — privacy policy, terms of use, 404, login, and the member library — so the Ready Set Grow brand carries through consistently, even where visitors least expect it.
