This 15-Minute Kajabi Maintenance Routine Can Save You Hours Later
Dec 02, 2025
These small but mighty tasks can save you time, protect your revenue, and give you peace of mind — all in under 15 minutes.
You know that feeling when you finally sit down to focus — and then get derailed by a broken link, a missing email, or a checkout error that’s been live for weeks?
Most Kajabi users don’t skip monthly maintenance on purpose.
It just... doesn’t feel urgent. Until it is.
And that’s exactly why I created this 15-minute checkup — a few intentional monthly tasks that help you stay ahead of the glitches and gaps that cost you sales, time, or credibility.

Let’s walk through the top 5 things you should be reviewing each month (and why they matter).
✅ 1. Test Your Links
From broken buttons to expired coupons, links are the silent killers of sales pages and email funnels. A quick test of your key links (offers, sales pages, lead magnets, thank-you pages) can catch issues before your audience does.
Why it matters: You lose trust (and revenue) when your links don’t work — and generally Kajabi doesn’t notify you when something breaks.
✅ 2. Clean Up Your Email List
Check your bounce rates, remove inactive subscribers, and make sure your sender info is verified and consistent.
Why it matters: List health is essential for email deliverability. If your emails aren’t reaching inboxes, your content — and your offers — won’t either.
✅ 3. Review Expired Offers or Coupons
Kajabi doesn’t automatically remove expired offers from automations or sales pages. Take a few minutes to check for outdated promos, draft versions still showing, or countdown timers that never reset.
Why it matters: An expired offer that’s still active (or visible) creates confusion and leads to missed conversions.
✅ 4. Spot-Check Your Automations
Automations are amazing — until something shifts in your funnel and a tag or email gets missed. Double-check automations tied to lead magnets, onboarding sequences, and product delivery to ensure everything’s still flowing properly.
Why it matters: Automations only help when they’re accurate. Otherwise, leads (and new students) fall through the cracks.
✅ 5. Preview a Few Key Emails
Pop into your email sequences and give them a quick scan. Look for outdated language, missing images, or formatting glitches that slipped past.
Why it matters: You’d be surprised how often old emails reference past events or outdated pricing. Keeping your messaging current makes a big difference.
A Few Minutes Now = Fewer Headaches Later
This kind of checkup takes less time than your morning coffee — but it has a huge impact on how your Kajabi site performs over time. It’s like brushing your teeth for your business: simple, quick, and absolutely worth it.
