Your enrollment is confirmed. Here’s what happens next:
 1. Your onboarding email is on its way.
Check your inbox for a welcome email that includes:
- Your next steps
- Access to your client portal
- Your “Get to Know You” Questionnaire
- Your terms agreement (if you haven’t signed it yet)
- A link to book your first quarterly check-in call
If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder — sometimes it hides there.
2. Your client portal will be set up shortly.
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive an invitation to join your private client portal. This is where you’ll:
- Submit support requests
- Track what’s in progress
- Share files or details
- Communicate about your projects
- You’ll also find a brief walkthrough video to help you get comfortable using the portal.
3. Book your first quarterly check-in call.
Your welcome email includes a link to schedule your first 30-minute check-in call. This call gives us a chance to connect, review your goals, and map out your first month inside The Kajabi Advantage.
4. Keep an eye out for your priority onboarding timeline.
Your support officially begins once your client portal is activated. You’ll receive a confirmation once everything is fully set up and ready for you to submit your first request.
